Investigation areas include carbon monoxide detection compliance, carbon dioxide monitoring systems, air filtration and ventilation equipment, temperature and humidity regulation, and statistics on air-conditioned schools

Task force must evaluate grants distributed under section 2A of chapter 102 of the acts of 2021 (line item 1599-2055) and estimate implementation costs including labor

Final report with findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation due to the legislature by October 1, 2026
