Five superintendents appointed by the Massachusetts Superintendents Association representing Boston Public Schools, a Gateway Municipality, a rural school, a regional school district, and a vocational technical high school

Commission must report findings and recommendations within one year to the clerks of both chambers, Ways and Means committees, and Joint Committee on Education
