Parents of students with seizure disorders must provide written authorization, a healthcare provider statement with medication details, and collaborate with schools to create an individualized seizure action plan

Public schools must provide age-appropriate seizure education programs to all students, consistent with Epilepsy Foundation of America guidelines

Provides liability protection for school districts and employees who act in good faith when assisting students with epilepsy or seizure disorders; takes effect one year after enactment
