Amends Chapter 71, Section 38G by removing the phrase "of employment" from two locations in the existing statute

Requires school districts to submit supporting documentation with Standard license applications within 90 days, including professional development plans, professional development points, and supervisor digital signature attesting compliance with Individual Professional Development Plans

Prohibits educators found to be improperly licensed from accruing credible service time during the period of non-licensure

Authorizes the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to conduct discretionary audits of school districts to verify proper educator licensure
