Requires the Board of Elementary and Secondary Education to establish curriculum standards for teaching interpersonal dispute resolution methods at all grade levels

Mandates that the curriculum frameworks teach students productive and effective ways to resolve conflicts

Specifically requires the curriculum to discourage the use of violence or other forms of abuse in resolving disputes

Amends Section 37O of Chapter 71 of the General Laws (the anti-bullying statute)
