Expands the short-term housing bridge pilot program (originally created in Chapter 140 of the Acts of 2024) to provide interim housing assistance for adults aged 60 or older who are at risk of eviction and have incomes at or below 80% of area median income.

Caps housing costs for program participants at no more than 30% of their monthly adjusted income for rent, mortgage, or other housing obligations.

Creates a steering committee chaired by the Secretary of Housing and Livable Communities, including representatives from aging services agencies, the Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless, legislators, and three older adults who have experienced housing instability.

Requires annual reports by December 31 to the governor and relevant legislative committees, including recommendations for statewide implementation.

Authorizes the executive office to enter performance-based contracts with older adult serving agencies to expand the program across urban, suburban, and rural areas statewide, subject to appropriation.
