Department must work with 1199SEIU and other stakeholders to develop amendments to existing nursing services regulations (105 CMR 150.007)

Staffing levels must ensure adequate nurses, certified nurse assistants, and other staff to meet resident needs and maintain physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being

Department must issue public recommendations within 6 months of the act's passage
