Broadens the definition of "infertility" to include individuals needing donor gametes/embryos, those with genetic disease risk, and same-sex couples—removing requirements based on prior treatment, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or familial status

Requires coverage for cryopreservation storage until age 35 or for at least 5 years, whichever is later, for individuals undergoing fertility preservation

Mandates MassHealth coverage for fertility diagnostic care, ovulation-enhancing drugs, and at least 3 cycles of intrauterine insemination over a recipient's lifetime

Creates a professional development training module on LGBTQ family building for physicians, midwives, and nurses (worth up to 2 continuing education credits) and directs the Office of Health Equity to study accessibility of family-building resources for LGBTQ individuals with findings due by December 31, 2026
