Requires insurance reimbursement rates for medical nutrition therapy delivered via telehealth (video or audio-only telephone) to be equal to rates for in-person services

Defines "medical nutrition therapy" as nutrition care services provided by licensed dietitians/nutritionists for prevention, delay, management, or treatment of diseases or conditions

Applies to multiple insurance types: state employee health plans (Chapter 32A), MassHealth (Chapter 118E), commercial insurers (Chapter 175), Blue Cross Blue Shield plans (Chapters 176A and 176B), HMOs (Chapter 176G), and preferred provider arrangements (Chapter 176I)

Extends existing telehealth payment parity rules for behavioral health services to also cover medical nutrition therapy providers

Amends telehealth provisions originally established by Chapter 260 of the Acts of 2020
