Requires all health insurers in Massachusetts to cover medical, behavioral, and health care services delivered through mobile integrated health (MIH) programs approved by the Department of Public Health

Mandates that services delivered via approved MIH programs be reimbursed at the same rates as identical services provided in traditional health care facilities

Prohibits insurers from reducing payment rates solely because services were delivered through a mobile integrated health care program

Allows insurers to apply deductibles, copayments, or coinsurance to MIH services, but these cost-sharing amounts cannot exceed what would apply for the same services in a health care facility

Exempts MIH programs focused on behavioral health services from application and registration fees
