Bars insurers from requiring a person to refrain from organ donation as a condition of receiving or continuing insurance coverage

Classifies violations as unfair methods of competition or deceptive practices under Chapter 176D

Requires the Commissioner of Insurance to promulgate rules and regulations to implement and enforce the new protections

Directs the Department of Public Health to make publicly available any materials on live organ donation received from reputable organizations
