Covers employees, agents, and volunteers performing on-site services related to cultivation, harvesting, preparation, packaging, storage, testing, dispensing, or transportation of marijuana

Waives registration card fees for social equity program participants and employees of social equity businesses

Cannabis Control Commission must promulgate or amend regulations within 365 days of the act's effective date
