Allows pharmacists to delegate administrative and technical testing tasks to interns or pharmacy technicians under their supervision

Prohibits health insurers from denying reimbursement for pharmacist services that would be covered if performed by a physician, advanced practice nurse, or physician assistant

Requires insurance carriers and pharmacy benefit managers to develop adequate provider and consult codes for pharmacy compensation
