Mandates coverage for annual executive physical examinations across all major health insurance types in Massachusetts, including Group Insurance Commission plans for state employees, Medicaid managed care, individual and group accident/sickness policies, hospital service plans, medical service agreements, and HMO contracts

Applies to Massachusetts residents and persons with a principal place of employment within the Commonwealth

Requires reimbursement for executive physical exams conducted in inpatient settings to be provided separately from existing hospital inpatient service payments

Amends six chapters of Massachusetts General Laws (32A, 118E, 175, 176A, 176B, and 176G) to implement the coverage requirements

Effective date of September 1, 2026 for all health insurance policies, contracts, and certificates delivered, issued, or renewed on or after that date
