Prohibits health insurance carriers from requiring referrals or prior authorization from a primary care provider for specialty gynecological care from in-network obstetricians, gynecologists, certified nurse-midwives, or family practitioners

Covers annual preventive gynecologic health examinations and any subsequent obstetric or gynecological services determined medically necessary from those exams

Includes preventative care and menstrual health conditions such as abnormal uterine bleeding, dysmenorrhea, and pelvic pain

Eliminates referral requirements for maternity care and acute or emergency gynecological conditions

Amends Chapter 176O, Section 15(g) of the Massachusetts General Laws
