Cannabis licensees cannot extend credit for marijuana or marijuana products for more than 60 days, calculated from delivery date to full payment

Creditors must notify the Cannabis Control Commission by certified mail within 3 days of a licensee becoming delinquent; the commission must post delinquent licensees' names and addresses on its website within 5 days

Delinquent licensees may only purchase marijuana products with cash payment on or before delivery, and no other licensee may sell to them on credit

Licensees seriously damaged by riot, fire, explosion, or act of God may apply to the commission for a temporary suspension of the 60-day credit requirement

Violations are punishable by fines up to $5,000, and ownership changes are prohibited for delinquent licensees until debts are satisfied
