Increases cannabis revenue allocation from 15% to 18% and establishes new distribution: 12% to Cannabis Social Equity Trust Fund for technical assistance programs, 10% to community empowerment and reinvestment grants, 5% for matching grants to municipal equity funds, and 5% to Cannabis Control Commission's Social Equity Program

Expands eligibility for social equity support to include ancillary businesses owned by people arrested for marijuana offenses or their family members, as well as minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned, worker-owned, and immigrant-owned microbusinesses

Mandates annual grants to three specific organizations: at least $250,000 to The EON Foundation, at least $500,000 to the Coalition for an Equitable Economy, and at least $500,000 to Mass CultivatED

Expands Cannabis Social Equity Trust Fund board from 2 to 3 persons and adds a designated ancillary business representative

Reduces loan forgiveness timeline from 5 years to 2 years from receipt of a Provisional License from the Cannabis Control Commission
