Requires release of claims data on the 100 most commonly prescribed drugs and the 10 most expensive drugs by payer

Allows exclusion of claims data for providers who have performed fewer than five of a particular procedure or service

Data must be made publicly available on the center's website annually in raw, useable form, though building a consumer sorting tool is not required
