Extends state employee health insurance eligibility to faculty members who teach at least two 3-credit courses per semester or four 3-credit courses per calendar year at Massachusetts public higher education institutions

Covers faculty teaching at any public institution listed in Chapter 15A, Section 5, including continuing education divisions

Applies regardless of funding source (including subsidiary account CC), employment term, or retirement system participation

Requires the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, not the individual higher education institutions, to bear the cost of this health insurance coverage

Amends Section 2(e) of Chapter 32A of the General Laws; similar legislation (S.831) was filed in the 2023-2024 session
