Amends Chapter 23B to require the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities to ensure scoring criteria for housing development plans effectively ensures geographic equity across the state

Mandates tracking and reporting on geographic equity in all state-funded housing expenditures, including loans, grants, subsidies, and credit enhancements from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2029

Requires detailed data collection by municipality and county on: number of housing projects and units produced, unit mix and accessibility features, rental vs. ownership breakdown, affordability restrictions, and per capita financial assistance amounts

Reports must be submitted to the legislature with an interim report due by March 1, 2028 and a final report due by March 1, 2035

Reports will be made publicly available online, with unit-level data withheld for projects with fewer than 3 units to protect privacy
