Requires the executive office to create a centralized, machine-readable, screen reader-compatible database of subsidized housing data accessible to municipalities, state agencies, and regional public entities

Mandates reporting for new subsidized housing developments including: total units, income-restricted vs. market-rate units, income limits (80%, 50%, and 30% of area median income), affordability restriction terms and end dates, bedroom/bathroom counts, square footage, and geocoded addresses

Requires tracking of existing subsidized housing developments with data on total units, income-restricted units, restriction terms and end dates, and geocoded locations

Database must be updated at least annually for each municipality

Effective December 31, 2027, the requirements for existing developments would be repealed and consolidated into a single requirement covering all developments (not just "new" ones)
