Maryland Department of Health must incorporate information about FDA-approved treatments for Alzheimer's disease and related dementias into public health outreach programs, in partnership with the Department of Aging, the Virginia I. Jones Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Council, and the Greater Maryland Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association

Public outreach must increase awareness of early warning signs, value of early detection and treatment, risk reduction strategies (particularly for Black and Latino communities at greater risk), and FDA-approved treatment options including outcomes based on biological sex

Department must establish a publicly accessible website with downloadable data on Alzheimer's prevalence and hospitalization rates in Maryland

Website data must be disaggregated by age, sex, race, ethnicity, county, co-occurrence of Down syndrome, and type of dementia, to the extent possible

Website must include 5 years of data ending September 30, 2025, and be updated annually by January 1 beginning in 2027; effective date is October 1, 2025
