Fast land created under a tidal wetlands license must be described by metes and bounds

Department of the Environment must precisely update landward boundaries of wetlands after completion of authorized shoreline stabilization improvements

Updated wetland boundaries must be shown on maps or aerial photographs at a scale of 1 inch to 200 feet

Department of the Environment must adopt regulations to implement these boundary update requirements
