Renames the beer and wine consumption permit (BWC) to beer and wine tasting permit (BWT), and the beer, wine, and liquor consumption permit (BWLC) to beer, wine, and liquor tasting permit (BWLT) in Frederick County

Simplifies tasting limits to single maximums: 12 ounces of beer, 6 ounces of wine, or 1.5 ounces of liquor (for BWLT permit), eliminating the previous alternative option of three smaller sample servings

Grants the Board authority to regulate the quantity of beverages served to individuals and the number of bottles or containers from which tastings are poured

Maintains existing permit requirements including Class A license eligibility, $200 annual fee for BWT permits, $400 annual fee for BWLT permits, and prohibitions on open containers leaving premises or drive-through service

Effective July 1, 2025
