Project site visits and educational field tours by the Montgomery County Planning Board and Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) are exempt from live streaming requirements, provided no organizational business is conducted during these activities

Both bodies must continue to stream live video or audio of open meetings held at their headquarters or at locations where they held at least 10 meetings in the preceding calendar year

Complete, unedited archived recordings of all livestreamed meetings must be maintained on each body's website

Technical failures that prevent or affect livestreaming quality do not invalidate actions taken during the meeting, as long as the failure was not willful and other Open Meetings Act requirements are met
