Expands Montgomery County's beauty salon alcoholic beverage license to include barbershops with valid permits issued under § 4–501 of the Business Occupations and Professions Article

Authorizes license holders to serve liquor (up to 1.7 ounces) in addition to beer (up to 12 ounces) and wine (up to 5 ounces) for on-premises consumption per customer

Alcohol may be provided during cosmetology or barbering services, or during permitted fund-raising events at the establishment

Service hours restricted to normal business hours and no later than 9 p.m., with establishments required to complete alcohol awareness training

Annual license fee is $100, and the license cannot be transferred to another location; effective July 1, 2025
