Maryland Department of Health must develop a public health equity data dashboard in collaboration with the Commission on Health Equity, featuring age-adjusted health disparity data disaggregated by race, ethnicity, and gender

Required health indicators include: health insurance access, cardiovascular disease, chronic disease, mental health and substance use, cancer, HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted infections, body mass index, and other relevant indicators determined by the Department

Dashboard must be updated on a quarterly basis as determined by data availability and posted prominently on the Department's website
