Raises the minimum employment age from 16 to 18 for alcoholic beverage license holders in Allegany County that derive half or less of their revenues from food sales

Allows license holders that derive more than half of their revenues from food sales to continue employing individuals between ages 16 and 21

Maintains the existing requirement that employees must be at least 18 years old to sell or serve beer, light wine, and liquor

Applies only to Allegany County under the county-specific provisions of the Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis Article

Takes effect July 1, 2025
