Extends statute of limitations for PFAS-related civil actions to the earlier of 10 years from exposure/death or 3 years from discovery of the cause, creating a separate category from general occupational disease claims

Prohibits manufacturing, selling, or distributing consumer products containing PFAS chemicals in Maryland starting July 1, 2026

Expands the definition of "PFAS chemicals" to include consumer products, in addition to existing categories of fire-fighting agents, fire-fighting equipment, food packaging, and rugs/carpets

Covers PFAS-related injuries including complications to pregnancy and potential damage to offspring

Takes effect October 1, 2025, with the consumer product sales ban beginning July 1, 2026
