Renames the "Walter Sondheim Jr. Public Service Internship Scholarship Program" to the "Public Service Internship Scholarship Program"

Specifies four fellowship programs under the Program: Governor's Summer Internship Program, Maryland Department of Transportation Fellows Program, Sondheim Maryland Nonprofit Leadership Internship Program, and Sondheim Public Service Law Fellows Program

Beginning in fiscal year 2027, requires the Governor to include annual budget appropriations sufficient to double the number of internships funded compared to the 2024-2025 school year

Establishes minimum annual enrollment requirements: 36 interns in the Governor's Summer Internship Program, 34 in the MDOT Fellows Program, 20 in the Nonprofit Leadership Internship Program, and 10 in the Public Service Law Fellows Program

Adds "services in transportation or other fields within State or local government" to the priority criteria for eligible students
