Establishes the Child Support Arrearage to Work Pilot Program within the Department of Labor to connect unemployed individuals who owe back child support with employment opportunities, including state government positions

Requires the Department of Labor to implement the program in consultation with the Department of Human Services and Department of Budget and Management

Mandates establishment of procedures and safeguards for securely sharing program-related information and participant data between agencies

Requires the Department to report findings and recommendations on program continuation to the Governor and General Assembly by July 1, 2026

Takes effect July 1, 2025 and automatically expires on June 30, 2026 unless extended by the General Assembly
