Principals or school administration must investigate each student fight or physical struggle

Students who used reasonable force to protect themselves or escape an attack cannot be disciplined, using a "more likely than not" standard of proof

If a student was disciplined during the investigation but later found to have used justified reasonable force, the school must expunge all documentation of the discipline from the student's record
