Prohibits the Maryland Transit Administration from acquiring any real property for the Red Line transit project if the acquisition would result in involuntary residential displacement

Defines the Red Line as a rail transit facility running through Baltimore City and Baltimore County along an east-to-west alignment from Security Boulevard to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center

Applies to property acquisition for all phases of the project including planning, construction, operation, and maintenance

Takes effect July 1, 2025
