Creates a private right of action allowing any person to sue firearm industry members for damages resulting from injury or loss caused by violations of existing firearm industry conduct standards under § 3-2502

Plaintiffs in private actions may seek injunctive relief, compensatory and punitive damages, and reasonable attorney's fees and costs

Requires plaintiffs to notify the Maryland Attorney General within 5 days of filing a complaint and provide copies of all filed documents

Plaintiffs are not required to prove that the firearm industry member acted with intent to violate the law
