Establishes a Task Force to Study Fencing for Bodies of Water and Playgrounds, chaired by the State Coordinator for Autism Strategy and staffed by the Maryland Autism Coalition

Task Force includes 16 members representing state agencies, legislators, disability advocacy organizations (The Arc Maryland, Pathfinders for Autism, Kennedy Krieger Institute), the residential construction industry, and homeowners associations

Directs the Task Force to review best practices for fencing bodies of water and playgrounds, assess how fencing can prevent injuries and fatalities, and examine data on wandering and drowning incidents with emphasis on individuals with autism

Requires a report of findings and recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly by July 1, 2026

Takes effect July 1, 2025 and automatically sunsets on June 30, 2027
