Board of License Commissioners for Baltimore City must impose a fee of up to $250 for expedited processing of Class C per diem license applications submitted less than 2 weeks before the scheduled event

New alcoholic beverages licenses authorized for specific locations in the 40th alcoholic beverages district, including a Class C beer and light wine license in the 2500 block of West North Avenue for on-campus events and a Class C beer and wine license in the 800 block of North Howard Street for barbershops

Barbershop license holders restricted to indoor service only, sales between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m., and limited to two 12-ounce beers or two 6-ounce wines per patron during barbering services

Alcohol sales hours restricted to 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. for certain license holders in designated areas of the 40th alcoholic beverages district, with a new restricted zone added bounded by North Fulton Avenue, Pennsylvania Avenue, Druid Hill Avenue, Mosher Street, and North Carey Street
