Increases the maximum number of Class BD–BWL alcoholic beverages licenses a single person may hold in Montgomery County from one to two

Requires that establishments operating under a second Class BD–BWL license must have average daily food sales that exceed average daily alcoholic beverage sales

Maintains the annual license fee at $3,500 per Class BD–BWL license

Allows holders to also hold a Class 7 micro-brewery license for a location in the county

Effective July 1, 2025, as approved by Governor Wes Moore on May 20, 2025
