The Department of Planning must publish reported data by July 1, 2027 on a public, interactive, searchable website, organized by housing type (single family, townhouses, apartments, duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes) and by county

Local jurisdictions with at least 150,000 residents must continue annual reporting to the Department of Housing and Community Development on permit applications, processing times, and expedited review processes

The Department of Planning must submit an annual report on collected building permit information to the Governor and General Assembly by December 31 each year
