Prohibits holders of Class A alcoholic beverage licenses in Baltimore County from operating self-checkout machines on their licensed premises

Applies to three license types: Class A wine licenses ($100 annual fee), Class A beer and wine licenses ($250 annual fee), and Class A beer, wine, and liquor licenses ($900 annual fee)

Class A licenses authorize off-premises retail sales only, requiring alcohol to be sold in sealed containers that cannot be opened or consumed on-site

Effective date is July 1, 2025
