Cooperative housing corporations, condominiums, and homeowners associations must publish resale disclosure information on their websites, excluding unit/lot-specific information

All required disclosure documents must be provided in a downloadable format at no cost to the public

For homeowners associations, either the governing body or the property management company may fulfill the website publication requirement

Applies to three types of common ownership communities: cooperative housing corporations (under Corporations and Associations Article), condominiums, and homeowners associations (under Real Property Article)

Effective date: October 1, 2025
