Commission must adopt metrics to assess system reliability, distributed energy resource integration, non-wires solutions usage, hosting capacity expansion, and progress toward state targets for solar, building electrification, EVs, and greenhouse gas reduction

Gas companies operating in electric company service areas must participate in the planning process and share infrastructure data through a secure information-sharing framework to ensure accurate forecasting
