Extends the deadline from December 31, 2026 to December 31, 2028 for Montgomery County to prohibit school bus stops on highways with five or more undivided traffic lanes unless a crossing guard or traffic control device is present

Narrows the scope of the school bus stop restriction to apply only to locations where at least 400 citations were issued in the preceding fiscal year to drivers traveling in the opposite direction of the bus stop

Takes effect July 1, 2025, and was approved by the Governor on May 13, 2025
