Adds the Director of the Division of Parole and Probation within the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services as a new member of the Maryland Correctional Training Commission

Adds one employee of the Division of Parole and Probation, recommended by the exclusive representative (union) for Division employees and appointed by the Governor, as a new member

The newly added parole and probation employee member may not designate a representative to act on their behalf at Commission meetings, unlike most other members
