Executive Director of the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Cannabis Commission may seize electronic smoking devices sold or offered for sale in violation of state law without a warrant

Owners or interested persons have 30 days after seizure to file a claim for return of seized property; failure to file results in forfeiture of all interest in the devices

Establishes new record-keeping requirements for electronic smoking devices wholesaler distributors and wholesaler importers, including daily posting of invoices, receipts, quantities, brands, manufacturers, and seller information

Wholesaler distributors and importers must maintain monthly inventory records of all electronic smoking devices on premises and retain all required records for 6 years

Effective date: October 1, 2025
