Authorizes the Anne Arundel County Board of Liquor Commissioners to issue dancing permits to Class H beer and wine or beer, wine, and liquor license holders located within 1,000 feet of a school at the Annapolis Mall

Allows the Board to issue new Class B beer and wine or beer, wine, and liquor on-sale licenses for establishments within 1,000 feet of a school located at the Annapolis Mall

Creates exceptions to existing distance restrictions that generally prohibit alcoholic beverage licenses and dancing permits within 1,000 feet of schools or places of worship

Annual dancing permit fees remain $200 for beer and wine license holders and $400 for beer, wine, and liquor license holders

Effective July 1, 2025
