County boards of education may develop and establish income eligibility guidelines for payment of costs for competitive entry college preparatory programs (International Baccalaureate, Cambridge AICE, or Advanced Placement diploma programs)

Students with family income below 400% of the federal poverty level must receive access to these competitive entry college preparatory programs at no cost to the student or parents

Other post-CCR pathways (dual enrollment/early college programs and career and technology education programs) remain available at no cost to all students who meet college and career readiness standards
