Defines "social media application" as any program, software, or website allowing registered users to establish personal relationships through direct/real-time communication or public profiles

Creates new Subtitle 8 under Maryland Criminal Law Article titled "Promoting or Condoning Criminal Activity on Social Media Application"

Effective date: October 1, 2025
