Renames "network directory" to "provider directory" throughout Maryland insurance law to conform with federal terminology

Reduces the required timeframe for carriers to update online provider directory information from 15 working days to 2 working days after receiving notification of changes (dental carriers retain the 15-day timeframe)

Requires carriers to verify and update provider directory information at least once every 90 days

Mandates that printed provider directories include a statement notifying readers that information is accurate only as of the publication date and directing them to consult online directories or contact the carrier for current information

Requires the Insurance Commissioner to report to the General Assembly by January 1, 2026 on any regulatory changes related to provider directory accuracy; effective October 1, 2025
