Requires each party in a partition action to notify the court of all outstanding liens on the property (including mortgages, deeds of trust, tax liens, and judgment liens) with supporting documentation if the plaintiff does not procure a title report

Changes the calculation for a cotenant's buyout price by subtracting the total amount of outstanding liens from the property value before multiplying by the cotenant's fractional ownership share

Applies only prospectively to partition actions filed on or after the effective date

Takes effect October 1, 2025
