Creates a new felony offense for knowingly or willfully obtaining unauthorized control over redeemable credit points with intent to deprive the owner

Defines "points" to include retail credit, credit card points, travel points, and frequent flyer miles earned by customers for completing business requirements

Penalties include imprisonment up to 5 years, fines up to $10,000, or both, plus mandatory restitution to the owner for the value of stolen points

Effective date: October 1, 2025
